I had this at the west end. There was this little shack on the side of the road along the beach. It was delicious.

oh nice video ..i live in Nassau Bahamas and the conch salad is great. i love the juice from the salad...any way i hope youget to come to nassau soon! you will love it / its like an island/city well mostly island anyhway its awesome here!

It looked like they were serving that conch raw. Years ago as in the 60's, we used to fry it up first. Good luck.

it was raw... although as with most ceviche, the acid from the citrus cooks the meat after a while. but tastes much better if u eat it quick.
also, the do fry the conch, as in "cracked conch"... and that is pretty good too.
