Yeah, but it doesn't matter. Like I said before, the timing windows are just too tight on NTSC for anyone in America to hit.

in foregn countries out of north america the processing systems on game consoles run at a much lower rate which makes ukog and preb some of the best strummers in the game

@GeneralHats LOL at you not knowing about the difference between PAL and NTSC strum limits. NTSC = America. PAL = Europe. NTSC systems have higher hertz rates, so less can be done on the system itself. So, while the max possible strumming for European units comes at around 19 NPS with extremely accurate strumming, American units can only handle about 15 with RIDICULOUSLY accurate strumming.
