Actually, Sol and Ky are NOT the most powerful characters in GG, though they're both solid. The big 3, in order, are Eddie, Testament, and Slayer. But the tiers in GG are much closer, and most of the bad matchups are tier independent, i.e. one of the worst can be hell on one of the best. And GG is generally much more intricate than SF, with a much wider range of moves which are more suited to specific uses. Which is why general AI not well tailored for GG characters doesn't work worth crap.
