Sergej Wassiljewitsch Rachmaninoff: Variation Nr. 18 aus der Rhapsodie über ein Thema von Paganini op. 43, arrangiert für Violine und Orchester von Fritz Kreisler
@Dovelily09 That wonderful film gave me my first real notice of this Rachmaninoff gem. Whenever I hear, see or encounter anything about "Variation No. 18 of Rhapsody on a Theme by Paganini" I always think of "Somewhere in Time" and vice versa. And thought of the movie reminds me of Chris and Jane. Both music and story are beautiful, highly romantic and sometimes make me misty-eyed, so David Garrett made a great choice of music and orchestra here to display his awesome talents as a violinist.

I remember this from the movie, "Somewhere In Time" with Christoper Reeve and Jane Seymour. Very romantic!
