Agree: they should release an extended version with the deleted scenes restored to the film. Some might prefer the theatrical version, but in this world of multiple cuts of T2 available (to give just one famous example), there's no good reason not to have an extended cut of Heat available also.
And why, if she's so pissed, is she going with him? She's angry that he's a violent criminal and liar, but she loves him and is taking a big chance: it makes sense that she'd be stressed and moody.

@Destro7000 yes it is, i've seen this move many times in my life and this is the first time i ever saw this scene. I know this movie like the back of my hand, it's my absolute favorite.
