What similarities are there between Reddy & Vision except they were androids who rebelled against their programming and worked for good and married flesh-and-blood people?

I've always thought Red Tornado is cooler, but Vision is seriously powerful. He owned the avengers and I think is one of the most powerful (not popular) avengers.

Vision held his own against the avengers(and beat most of them) took down the fantastic four easily, held his own against classic silver surfer and even had him say vision was as strong as he is(don't confuse strong with powerful) and took was able to throw back a handful of the avengers AND the justice league in JLA/Avengers when he did not agree with just blindly going along with the grandmasters plan of changing reality, I may not know a lot about red tornado but vision is far from a pushove
