They aren't okonomiyaki, but are very similar - they are Cabbage yaki. It is mostly a thin batter with cabbage piled up on top and cooked. They usually fry an egg on it and then fold it over. Then mayo and okonomiyaki sauce are slathered on top. The difference between this and an okonomiyaki is that in Osaka the okonomiyaki has cabbage and other ingredients mixed into the batter instead of on top of it. Cross a hiroshima style okonomiyaki and osaka style, but minus ingredients. they cost $1-$2
