Because they are. Tsubasa is a crossed show of other CLAMP. You'll see the vampire twins for X/1998 i think.

no it's not it is another anime call tsubasa chronicle which is similiar to CCS though
and it is the "adult version" of sakura and syaoran in CCS.
you can a lot of other anime mix in this anime. it is a crossed show of other CLAMP just like what LisaSmithDoctorWho says

i have not heard of tsubasa chronicles before. I saw the first episode today but kero is not in it and li is sakura is and tomoyo is and Toya and yukito to! Its kinda weird is Eriol in it too? ive seen all of ccs episodes but tsubasa chronicles is new to me! thease are gonna be fun to watch ant yes sakura can sing in this she has a nice voice =)

Kero does appear in an episode of Tsubasa Chronices, but it does not star him, and as for Eriol I don't think he's been in it so far
