First test run of a 1.9 SDi (AEY) after finishing the wiring harness. Of course we forgot to connect one wire to the immobox... :) No exhaust being used, this is NOT a V8... http://log.tigerbus.de

  • @Carreraz SDI is the VW abbreviation for the term, "Saugdiesel Direkt Einspritzung" (Saug is suck in German). So it directly translates to "Suction Diesel Direct Injection." And Saugdiesel is just the general term for an N/A diesel. AKA Suction Diesel.

  • NOO ITS STANDARD DIESEL INJECTION!!!!!!! i know i'm the king =D it's not simple or suction or any other. sdi stands for standard diesel injection...

  • my skoda fabia 1.9 SDI gone very well, just 237000 kms

  • I had this Engine in a Golf for 700.000km with no problems. To see it in a Bus is even more exiting

  • @dsafasdfsadfasdf WRONG!!! SDI Suction Diesel Injection = naturally aspired diesel!!!

  • does the sdi has just as much electronics as the tdi?

  • actually TDI= turbocharged direct injection.

  • SDI= Simple Diesel Injection ... TDI=Turbo Diesel Injection.

  • i know its not turbo.
