Jolly Good.

@shellpeck12 He is talking about the experience of being alive. He is pointing out what it really is and what it means. When he says look at your breathing - he really means it - look at it. You breath in - you can feel the breath moving from outside your body to the inside - this is what he is talking about - what you actually feel. Everything he says is literally true - there is no extra meaning. Listen to what he says and see if he is right. Breath in, breathe out - no 'me' is needed - right?

the inner and outer world is limitless and we know there is one limitless world this is zen there is no in or out only moving in and out when you understand the nothing of benefit for all we become not abscent minded

@shellpeck12 Understanding has not much to do with age, especially at 20 so do not use it as a reason not to understand Zen. But keep in mind that there's nothing to understand in Zen. It's about experiencing. Continue to keep exploring, asking questions, and most importantly think from your experience.

Listen and be directed toward enlightenment
This is the whole teaching in seven minutes. Suzuki Roshi's enlightenment is as profound as any I have come across in my seven decades. Who can resist that smile.
