Advanced Directing, 3 hour scene study
"Six Characters in Search of an Author" is a 1920s Luigi Pirandello play that concerns a family of characters, written and abandoned by a writer, who approach a director to showcase their story. This causes a constant clash between the director's vision for this story and the family's desperate need for their story to follow the truth.
This scene is a modern reinterpretation that regards a film director instead of a theatre director.
