  • oh llorddd, i'm so grossed out by this mostly because i am trypophobic and have a fear of clusters haha. And you didn't eat very much, how many calories do you usually eat?

  • @LAURAmustLOSEWEIGHT this was one of my first vids i made, I eat minimum 1500-2000 calories a day but I don't count them regularly.

  • Dietary fat DOES NOT turn into bodily fat. Period. Eating a pound of healthy fat (not saturated, hydrogenated, trans or omega 6 fat) will be generally healthy for consumption. Fat fills you up, gives you energy and DOES NOT turn into fat like carbohydrates do.

    To lose weight, fruits veggies and fat. No processed foods, no grains period. I've lost 25 pounds in 3 months just from obeying this simple rule. Best of luck.

  • From all that I've learned, carbs is what makes you fat. Get rid of all your grains. Humans are not developed to eat processed carbs such as breads, rice pasta. It's a complete myth that you need grains in a healthy diet.

    Breads, rice pasta all give you a carb rush, make you tired when you eat it and are just loaded with sugars without the fiber. Eat fruits when ever you need carbs, especially in the morning, a lot of greens (boiled) throughout the day and A LOT OF fat believe it or not. CONT
