İnsulin pump is too better than multiple insulin injections..
But it is not perfect..
I think scientists must develop this insulin pump...they must put insulin pump inside our body and insulin pump must work like pancreas..
it must make insulin from blood proteins..
this is not impossible..
ı think scientists must develop electronic organs like electronic pancreas..

hmm I have to change it all 2 days .. I HAVE TO .. and I don't really feel good when its longer than 2 days .. its kinda ugly .. but every three day might be ok

Thanks for the great video, I have been thinking about going on the pump do you have any trouble going through security checks at the airport?

@rxtechmomma hi there, did you end up getting the glucose sensor as well as the pump as I would be interested in your feed back?

Have you tried the Mio infusion set? A lot less hassle and it doesn't need a separate inserter.
So the thing that's inside you is plastic, not like a needle? Also, what's the name of your pump? (I'm thinking about getting a pump and I'm not sure so I'm looking for info.)
Thanks for looking and making the pump a lot less scary in my mind!

Yes, the thing inside you, called a cannula, is flexible plastic. There is a needle that pokes a hole in your skin but it gets removed after the infusion set is inserted. The pump in the video is a MiniMed Paradigm

@SparkyRacer Does the needle hurt alot at first? Or do you get used to it?

@DesignedJ
Not really. Sometimes you'll hit a vein when inserting a new infusion set and that hurts a little. Most of the time you don't feel anything at all. When I first got the pump, on the very first day, I was a little freaked out about having this thing attached to me but I got over that pretty quickly.
