Why a Mexican referee, working a match in Japan? That seems very odd.
If Chigusa's followers had really wanted to stop them from cutting her hair, a few weapons of their own, would have put an end to that idea, really fast!
Dump was a great villain. But a lousy barber! She took forever to cut so little hair!
