The "System" isn't some untouchable, immovable and magical wall that we can't affect. It's a collection of very real sub-systems which we can and must attend to. Representative Government requires not only values and the vote (both essential), but it requires systems re-enabling neglected lines of opinion/motivation flow between citizens and leaders.
Time to move your heads out of this box of powerlessness you've gotten yourselves into!
PUD Accounts (Pooled, User-Determined Accounts) and the highly saturated, persistant and stable user-base they create, establish a platform worth plenty. However, this may be best resident under a non-profit, foundation structure. It's basic and other derivative capabilities not discussed here must be very well protected to secure their civic functions. Email Your REPRESENTATIVES. Let them know you demand a neutral, non-partial & Transparent ONLINE PUBLIC SQUARE!

You're Right! There's music all over the place... but musicians and artists are starving. This can be a way an individual artist can market his song without a lot of hoopla... Or even host live events on Java applets for fans, etc
