@murphicus You must have forgotten the ring in Honolulu. Maybe you mean west of Texas in the continental USA. ;-)

The carillon is in the same tower in the chamber below the ringing room. If you look at external pictures of the tower, the carillon is in the lower louvered section, above which you see the small narrow windows of the ringing room. The top louvered section of the tower is where the change-ringing bells are housed.

I did that back in the day under Richard Dirksen. It was so much fun!! I graduated back in '99.

a great ringing chamber, loads of space and light. So different from so many dusty dark places in UK towers.
good striking like your ringing control, the bells sound really nice, thumbs up from me! by the way; were is the tower?
