The Roslin Institute Open Doors Day 10 Sept 2011

The Roslin Institute near Edinburgh threw open its doors to give people in the local area a unique chance to engage with the scientists working in the new state-of-the-art building. The event provided an opportunity for researchers to explain their science and how it benefits people by contributing to the UK society and to economic growth. It also provided a forum for local people to talk to scientists to express their views on the research undertaken in the Institute. Here, some of the researchers speak about their experience of the day.
