@jalang63 No, a T-line box keeps the same port dimension throughout it's travel.. Also a true T-line doesn't have a resonating chamber!

Isn't this a folded horn box? T-L boxes start with a larger port closing down as it travels to the exit port. Yours looks like it opens up as it travels out.

@jalang63 well it sort of is, and sort of isnt. a folded horn has a selaed chamber, and then the other side of the woofer into the horn which expands vastly from a couple of inches wide to like 16" wide. This is actually based on a t-line box, just the expantion will give it a bit more SPL over SQ.

hm, i didn't think two 8"s would be able to hit 30 hz that hard or loud.
Was this box just a design or did it actually get built? It looks good on screen i just wanna know how it ended up sounding.

@sl0wm03 yeah mate check out the vids on my channel, this was quite some time back now though. I had four of these 8"s, two of them L ported and two of them in this t-line... yeah, 30hz was absolutely wicked with this box. The only downside is that the woofer drivers werent quite what this box requires, so with a pair of 8" DDs for example or the TC sounds epic 8 then this could easily match and beat prefab 12" setups
