I just got a black one a few days ago, the purple one is extremely fugly, so I had to pay a bit more for the black one. I wouldn't waste a crappy mattel batman figure on this beast, I instead got a revotlech dark knight batman figure, works even better, more posable, and more detailed.

you can only make the original Figs from Mattel..in there...like Battle gear Batman and these figs...

yes...i bought it months after its release...for the half price....the first ones where not in a real black colour...so i got luck that i got a black one......try to buy it on Ebay ;-)
