oh and how about that intro? That's very RSM, ever tweaking with that progressive edge. It's what makes these songs so covertly memorable.

I love love LOVE this song, this sped-up version in particular. Just great pop. I think by this point he must have been in utter despair that these New Wave-y songs hadn't got him on MTV. It's just criminal really. I mean if THIS didn't prick the corporate ear what the fuck would?! ... I imagine the execs took one look at RSM's credentials and realised he was a beast they couldn't tame for the vapid 80's. More fool them. Roll on another decade of Moorestuffs.
