Three missed lifts. The first two are below-the-knee sntaches that ALMOST were good. I just need to punch harder. The third lift is a PR attempt clean that got my left wrist messed up.

As a result, I'm probably out of commission for a couple of weeks. I iced it right away and compressed it, and also took some ibuprofen that night, and right now I'm giving it light mobility and I have my wrist wrapped to provide extra support. If things don't progress as soon as I'd like, I'll get it checked out by a PT or chiro.

Anyways, considering my wrist being unusable at the moment, this is probably a good time to start squatting more haha.

  • 1st was closer than the 2nd one

1st rep, just needed a tad more on the 2nd pull and a bit faster under it,

2nd rep, you bump it out and it didn't come back, keep it closer and keep finishing, be more upright in the 2nd pull,

your weight isn't on your heels in the receive, it's a tad forwards

Clean you didn't really commit, got to just slam your elbows up then the bar is racked across your shoulders, no weight should be bearing on your wrists at anytime.

    speedy recovery mate!
