@Steamrunner92 that wasn't cracking. it was a pitch bend that performers often put at the end of a phrase. Colm Wilkinson, the original Valjean, did it all the time.
For an amateur production, this was an excellent reproduction of Les Mis, especially for you Americans! Cody, you were excellent, you totally nailed this scene. Loved that you ripped off your shirt to show your number, and you really looked the part.
@Steamrunner92 well i must say he shouted it more than singing it. and i agree that wasnt a crack but that notes still out of his range

@Dornimell Considering the difficulty of that note, I think he did rather well. I didn't hear any cracking until the last instant.
