Getting Started

Since you'll be on the ground, you may be more comfortable performing this exercise on a yoga mat, towel or any other soft surface you can put between you and the floor.
Muscles Worked
---------------------------------------------------------------------
This exercise works every major muscle group, including your pectoralis major, which are your chest muscles; your biceps, which are your upper-arm muscles; your rectus abdominis, which are your abs/core; your quadriceps, which are located on the frontside of your thighs; your trapezius (the muscles in your upper back); your gluteus maximus, which are your butt muscles and your hamstrings, which are located on the backside of your thighs.c
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your side.
2. Reach your arms up as you jump into the air.
3. Once your feet hit the ground, bend your knees and hunch down to the ground with your hands by your feet.
4. Hop both your feet out behind you into the starting push-up position, supporting your body weight on your hands and feet.
5. Bend your arms and lower your chest to the ground, completing one push-up.
6. Hop your feet forward so that your knees are back under your chest in the hunched-over position.
7. Stand up to return to the starting position and complete one rep.
8. Perform three sets of 15 reps.

I don't have alot of exercise room in my home, What exercises would you recommend that I combine this with to work my whole body?
