I have a bit of a problem with part of your answer the question was "Is it possible to bring people together to get people to care about one an other with out a horrible tragedy" and at music festivals I don't feel that people are there because they care for or about other people they are there to have a good time, not to help people out

I see your point but I think tey do care about the other people at the festival to a certain degree. If something goes wrong like someone seems to be suffocating or about to pass out, people will usually help them out of the crowd, if someone falls over in the mosh pit they will almost certainly get picked up. It's just that most of the time, they aren't presented with people that need their help.
