Most scientists do not believe this otherwise the knowledge would be mainstream, the large object detected on the edge of our solar system is predicted to have a 27million year orbit and is 375 times further than pluto,a 3657 year orbit would be impossible, A planet a year away from smashing into would be intensely bright in the night sky,much brighter than jupiter as it would be a lot closer.
