Everyone has a story | Meet Charles Fox. More than 30 years ago Charles, an auto racing writer, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. While the degenerative disease has left him a quadriplegic, a special electronic wheelchair obtained through Sutter VNA & Hospice has him navigating his home and local community.
