thats total bull there are faaaar more than 3 types of improv and improv has been around for as long as there has been music, not since armstrong. as great as armstrong was, no one can 'invent' improv.

that story is not true. that is when louis armstrong started scatting like Heebie Jeebiesnot improvising. improvising was happening way before that . get ur facts straight retard!
