Barbara grew up in Queens New York which is right above Brooklyn, so she must have that Brooklyn New York accent "I'm toisty, I needa glass a wadda. Let's have some cawfee tawk" I never seen an interview with her. I guess she did like Grace Kelly did, put on a fake accent for the movies, although Kellys was ridiculous. Every movie she was in she spoke in an English accent, nothing else.
