  • @BlackFallenAngel1013 For me I think Rika killed herself cause she thought that if she did that her friends might be saved and she could prevent them from going into that sad fate. And also her own tortured fate.

But it was useless after all.

  • @BlackFallenAngel1013 Yeah I read it.

Well when Satoko's uncle came back Keiichi became violent, had sudden mood changes, etc. This was probably L3.

In the VN before he attacked Teppei He heard Satoshi. This is impossible so he probably hallucinated. Thesee are the typical symptoms of L4.

After he killed Teppei He heard footsteps and bacame extremely paranoid. This means he was under the effects of L5.

I think when he killed Teppei he was most likely at the end of L4 or at the beginning of L5.

  • @emeraldhunter1 Yeah, I guess your right... and Keiichi makes up for it by helping Rena when she was infected.. Before I thought that watanagashi and meakashi were the same world, but in different POV, but about a month ago I realised that they may be different, like how Rika died; in watanagashi she may have been tortured, and to escape that fate in meakashi, she killed herself. And I also think that Keiichi was at least at L3-L5 when he killed Teppei, Have you read the VN?

  • Lul, the same title as the Katekyo Hitman Reborn ED, but totally different XD

  • @SaskunaUchiha well not really since Watanagashi - Meakashi are similiar but not the same

In Watanagashi-hen Rika was tortured to death

    In Meakashi-hen she commited suicide.

Similiar but not the same. Different view and different fates.

    Two arc, two insanity.

  • @emeraldhunter1 (after the first comment) But doesn't that mean in the anime she went insane once, since Watanagashi-hen is from Keiichi/ general point of view and Meakashi-hen is Shion's POV during the same events from Watanagashi-hen?

  • I want this song to be played at the moment when I beat someone to death... seriously.

  • @SaskunaUchiha But there's also the extra arcs in Higurashi Matsuri (Taraimawashi-hen, Tsukiotoshi-hen, Miotsukushi-hen)

Taraimawashi-hen: Shion goes insane due to the Hinamizawa Syndrome.

Tsukiotoshi-hen: Shion,Rena and Keiichi kill Teppei. Satoko, Keiichi, Rena develop the Hinamizawa Syndrome, and in short they kill each other (LOL).

Miotsukushi-hen: no one goes insane, Takano end up defeated, good end (sounds lame huh? ' 3')

  • @SaskunaUchiha twice, she had the Hinamizawa Syndrome twice. Its revealed in Meakashi-hen that she was the mastermind behind the events of Watanagashi-hen.So she did the same things in Watanagashi-hen and Meakashi-hen. So this means:

Keiichi had the Hinamizawa syndrome four(!) times (the hallucination at the end of Watanagashi-hen and Meakashi-hen were also the symptoms of Level 5)

    Shion had twice (Watanagashi-hen Meakashi-hen)

    Rena once- Tsumihoroboshi

    Satoko once- Tatarigoroshi
