Los Angeles in 1977 after the band broke up

Denise videoed Fumio & Shigeo along with Daevid Allen's Gong at this Los Angeles show, synthesizing effects for All Ears Records and later for Tangerine Dream.

The Far East Family band played four nights at the Troubadour in Los Angeles, March 23, 24, 25 & 26 in 1979, tickets were $6.00. I was there and still have my ticket stub as well as an ad for the All Ears sponsored show. They were pretty awesome as I recall...!

My uncle Tony Harrington brought Fumio to the US, I have not heard this music in over 30 years.

My friend was at the show as a promoter and friends with several there. He played 4 me the only know master soundboard recording from both night. I liked this band alot. Wish there was a whole dvd concert out.

GREAT first time i hear FAR EAST was 77 / 78 a friend make a copy on a casette 4 me. I played it to it broke. Missing the sound 4 many year but to night the name popping up again. Its in my collection again now , soooooooooo happy . Best regards from Norway
