Do you know what scare the Japanese the most? Weeaboos. The Japanese are TERRIFIED of weeaboos. Weeaboos are reason why nico nico douga won't release an English translation. (All weeaboos are American, and speak English) They are afraid that they will ruin the site, and they would. I'm not a weeaboo, but I do like some of their cartoons, videos, and games. I would like to be able to go on Nico Nico without learning another language. (Keep in mind that the description was a joke, I don't hold any hatred towards any fanatics over Japanese culture, though I do believe my theory is the reason why Nico does not go to English.)
