It IS an amazing feeling to experience the new changes taking place in our body... and our mind. I totally relate! Don't know about you, but my mind is free for the first time in years! All my concentration is on eating healthy and meeting my new daily goals. No longer is my focus on worrying about how I look or on my failures! You've had a spectacular first month and I share in your joy about all the positive changes that are taking place for you. Big hugs... Toni
