F***! This was number 1 in the US on the date I was born! I have never heard of it... and I am so glad music changed!!! Why couldn't #1 have been an Elvis song, or Beatles, or ANYTHING else!!!!
I was on a date back in 1963 ... we went to an outdoor ice skating rink, and when this song was played they shut off all the overhead lights and the trees were covered with twinkling blue lights that reflected in the ice on the rink. For this song only. I remember it like it was yesterday.

This is a 1980s style remake, complete with drum machine. Go find the original, which is much better.
