@frascht94 Yes, he did. The video was made a few years ago, so I was in my 40s then. Even now, my father is in his 70s, himself an excellent knife thrower, an archer, and in better shape than most men half his age.

@chuk99 Ok i have to use both at 7 to 13ft for beginners. For me am just a beginner then am use the different knives, perhaps the target would be better than before in fact am control the spin or no spin

hits at more than 13 to 23 ft for the intermediate throwers, ugh am have in just for 15 to 32 ft for advance

and over tactics for expert and master am choose in 25 to 60 ft
