If you listen to Greyhound by SMH you can clearly hear Time, so kinda. I think they wrote something like "In the studio with Hanz Zimmer" on Twitter like a year ago. A few months after that tweet they dropped the unfinished version off Greyhound at MSG.

No, usually one contacts the other or their music label and ask permission to use a part of the song. That person (in this case Hans Zimmer) gets credited or else there would be some sort of lawsuit like with Avicii ("Penguin") and Leona Lewis ("Collide").

LOL!!! You guys are fucking pathetic first of all SHM admits that they are sampling and second of all Hans Zimmer also samples. So calling one better than the other is ridiculous. It is like calling a Nascar driver a better driver than a Formula 1 driver. It doesn't make sense.
