@muzimuzi All i no is that i i go lower then 90 degrees i will blow my rotator cuff again. Alot of people wont no they have bad shoulders till they do the DB press go all the way down and then snap there shoulder. I go below with the BB but then your elbows are not parallel to your body. On the DB press your elbows should be parallel to your body and if you go lower then 90 in that postion you can fuck your shoulder badly
@TheTheKRIT trainers can be dumasses. and few trainers actually DID tell me that DBs are made for LONGER range of motion than barbell so no 90 degrees dont cut it. while some trainers told me the 90 degree story. so take your pick if u ask me full way is the good way. just like with squats or deadlift or bench or anything
@muzimuzi i never said i thought 1/3 video is better but in my opinion thers nothing wrong at stopping at 90 as long as you can get the weight up yourself and you can push it by yourself
@TheTheKRIT thats good form there is no argue over - his ROM is full and he doesnt get spotters help, you wont find many good -form vids on youtube like this one and if you think the 1/3 motion vids are better then you are out of your mind buddy
@TheTheKRIT his form was good, i bitch when form is bad i dont care really about his ellbow positoning like some gay personal trainer - he completed full clean good reps, thats it and i have vid of my own doing almost the same weight for 12 reps with slightly lesser form at 69BW so yea i can usually talk shit if ppl post shit vids
