CNBNEWS.NET-Touring Gloucester City on Sunday, August 28, 2011 looking for storm damage from Hurricane Irene. We start this clip at the former CG base on King Street, visit Proprietors Park and then head to Water and Charles Street.

What we found was some fallen trees and tree branches along with local flooding.

Two streets that always flood are Water Street and Charles Street. Both streets are near the proposed South Port Development area. It is obvious before any development could occur at South Port the infrastructure would have to be repaired. After all these years talking about developing this area you would have thought this problem would have been corrected first.
