1.) I wasn't aware that Empires knew who were labeled handicapped.

2.) Who decides what and who is dominant?

3.) I didn't know that Empires of the past declared people as illegal.

@tigerfedor1 I believe that most high IQ people are not spawned from a pure genetic base, but a series of nurturing influences. Until there are expected results, the basis of selection for large IQ are limited to believing what those cavemen in charge of oppression and genocide want you to believe.

i here believe in eugenics, i'm a mentally challenged man with an IQ of 65 and i had my parents get me sterilised when i was 20 years old because i did not want to reproduce and bring a disabled child into this world. i'm very proud i was sterilised 100%.
