Mage Solos Yogg-Saron

This.... is the most challenging thing I've ever given myself to do. After months and over 300 attempts (seriously), I finaly killed death! Never have I hated rng as much as I did during all of those attempts. So here's how I did it!

Phase 1 (where 90% of the wipes happen): Images acts weirdly when you are soloing. They always have agro on what they attack... but when there's 4 up at a time, the adds tend to run back and foward between me and the images. I invis right after poping my images to give them initial threat but they still come back sometimes after. I got lucky on the kill attempt, the adds behaved nicely, which is rare. Sara casts a bunch of stuff and if I'm lucky, she does her blessing that heals for what, 35k or so then puts a 60k damage over 20 sec. If she chain casts it, it ends up healing me more than killing me because of mana shield. So ya lots of rng here.

Phase 2: Tentacle spawn location = rng = me more angry. Sometimes the crusher spawns on the opposite side of the room from the corrupter. Sometimes the corrupter spawns to far and gets a apathy or a black plague on me. If that happens it's most likely a wipe because I cant kill tentacles fast enough. I have an iceblock but I usualy try to save it for when I enter the brain room because sometimes the corrupter tentacle manages to get a debuff on me no matter how fast I click the damn portal just like in this video.

Phase 3: Kill tentacles ??? Profit. Ya I honnestly dont know how it worked out. I just had to power throught it with some kitting (sort of) and hoping not to many of them spawned 2 feet from my face. I still can't believe that the very last add spawned right in my face and just stood there not attacking me for litteraly 4 seconds.

@Moksulini I think you underestimate the difficulty of this. It might not seem so bad on the video but the stars dont align on every attempt. It took me 2 months to kill this and I still wiped a ton after I got Dragonwrath. The staff doesnt change the fight mechanics.

Funny. When I opened this video I was like "The fuck? How in the hell did he survive that wave of unkillable adds on Phase 3?".

Then I realized this is +4, not +0.
