  • Great workout. I tried (and anyone reading this pls be careful) standing on it, doing a pullup, then squatting, a pullup then squatting, repeat. It worked out great. Thanks bro!

  • Thanks for sharing your instruction. I tried it and I can get a good burn just on knees. Something to work toward. Balance work is missing from alot of workouts. What good is fitness if it doesn't translate into being able to move and do things like surf.
