On a scale of 1 to 10 Cipollina rates 11. In 1966 I went to the Fillmore for the 1st time to see the "Jefferson Airplane" & a band I had never heard of called the "Quicksilver Messenger Service" was there. After that I went to see "QMS" every weekend until Cipollina quit. Then he formed Copperhead & I saw them in San Francisco, Berkley, & Santa Cruz. After I saw Terry & the Pirates, "Gravenites Cipollina Band" (Thunder & Lightning), Fish & Cip, & the Dinosaurs.
