" The Home of Love" is the largest private animal rescue centre in CHINA. The shelter is located at Chengdu, Sichuan Province. The shelter does not receive fundings from the government. All operating costs are donated by pet lovers in China. Currently the shelter houses over 1000 rescued dogs and cats.

After the devastating earthquake in Beichuan County, the volunteers of the shelter rescued over 100 dogs and cats from the ruins.
