A segment from Michael Moore's TV Nation (1994) which investigates the trend of "sabotage" on the job. Several employees are interviewed, including a painter who used to work for Disney and a man who destroyed donations checks for the Heritage Foundation.

I worked at a health food store about 20 years ago where the owners treated everybody like scum. Twice a month they would have one guy clean the floor at night, that was the most costly floor cleaning in the history of the world!!!!!! You gotta be very careful about who you leave the keys to 1/4 a million dollars in inventory with.
