NO no karate in this video. Just using the wax on - wax off idea as an analogy for you all to slow the fuck down when u first learn!

lols i say this is all my basics videos but people just don't get it - do it really slowly first untill u memorise the positions really well

i have no problem in doing the two hops when i do running man in halfspeed, but when i go to full speed i get the "lag" off beat, if i do the double hops. i learned another version of running man like five years ago where we weren't told to do it in two hops, i go back to that all the time when i go full speed even though i practise the two hops alot :S guess practise will make perfect..

at first i was disappointed that there was no karate kid shufflin (wotever that is,) then i dont remember wot u were talking about in the vid cos i was too busy drooling at how hot you are, inappropriate? perhaps. but it had to be said...PS i was listening and good advice =], i think the only thing that would make your vids better is if you took your shirt off. 8P hehe
