  • If you woul do the legwork you would find this video is true. I was at at least 3 airports that were very very empty compared to during the week. DTW-SFO-LGR. The news reporters doing the live (in-the - airport) that I saw on airport tvs also showed EMPTY airports. The myth is busted!!!!!!

  • I went to my local airport and counted the flights in and out for 365.5 days this year and bar none it was the most traveled day of the year! Don't believe everythin g you hear. My data is raw and real time!

  • good report...shows how people are so easily conned into lies & myths. Every Local TV station here in Utah did the traditional "Live Airport Spot" Telling people to "Be two hours early" , "Wear slip on shoes" & the best one "Make sure your liquids in your carry on are no more than 4 oz's"

    Great way to go against the grain CBS!
