I was just at the Troy Honor Bands. We played this piece and William Owens was the composer in residence. Pretty nice song.

William Owens wrote that piece. I made the all region band this year and he came to conduct the band we played Carapathia,Summit Fanfare,and we were also the first band ever to play his newest piece El Pato Loco(The Crazy Duck)
