The Union Pacific inspection car is called an EC-5. There is a Local train on the UP and BNSF. The UP one is based out of Sterling, Illinois. It doesnt pass through Rochelle until 9/10 PM however. I'm also curios on why the BNSF SD60 8987 didnt have its ditchlights on. Also, you were there for 12 hours and only saw 33 movements??!!??!!? Thats pretty avergae for the place.. Usually there are 4-5 trains an hour, mostly being on the UP of course.
