@lorahubbel And for the last time, The 1976 Hyde Amendment that has been renewed every year for 35 years, states that no taxpayer funding goes to abortion except in the case of rape, incest or LIFE OF THE MOTHER IN DANGER. The last one was Rep. Speier's case.

The PPs that do abortion only offer abortion services, those are funded by PRIVATE Donations and the woman paying for it with HER MONEY, not yours, hers. To suggest that women get a convenience abortion for free is very deceitful.

It was not only late in the session for that day, judging by the 11:33PM EST time indication and they start at 9a or so, early in the morning. Not only that, but the person before her had just read about the entire Dilation and Evacuation procedure where the fetus is not intact. While making it seem like this was done without any thought. She was upset. Imagine how you would feel in that case

@travisreems Also that pregnancy was a 'wanted' pregnancy, this is why the death of the fetus was such a tragedy to her, but due to it's age, the emergency abortion was the only way to get the dead fetus out and save Jackie's health, it could not naturally leave her body on it's own.
