Bad ass! I am a guy and I have NEVER in my life heard of Veil Poi!
BUT you can keep those things from Tangling ANNNNNNND Belly Dance!?
....Jealous.... How ever there is a girl on here (youtube) who has a set of Black and red ones that totally gave me the idea of...--well they almost look like she is wielding (swirling) evil spirits around her. I like the illusion because the leash is hard to see and the veils originate from a point rather than a ball; like the energy is cutting the air itself!

I learned spinning poi first and then progressed to flag poi. Lastly, I graduated to veil poi and it took a LOT of practice of nearly strangling myself with the veils! The first performance I did was with thinner, shorter veils. The set in the video are 3yards of silk veils, actually performance veils. All I can suggest is to practice and keep practicing. I'm by far not the best at it that I'd like to be.

Loved, loved your performance with the veil poi, the best I've seen. Just brouigjt a pair at no easy as it looks. You're wonderful with them.
Please make an instructional video on how to perform them, I would definetly buy it. R U in Jacksoville? I often visit there. Good job girl, you worked it.
