Its really easy to do it...just copy him exactly. I tried it on people and it works a charm. You could even get the person to lift a kid aroung10-12 years old depending on the strength of the victim, they cant lift them.
Its a trick on the brain. Similar trick is to stand with 1 foot on a higher level and try to lift identical weights in each hand at the same time. The brain senses ur off balance and will shutdown the movement ur trying to do. Same trick done differently.
